Slurpy is a single origin Colombian coffee produced by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia at Monteblanco Farm in the Pitalito, Huila region, at 1730 meters above sea level. The farm spans fourteen hectares and is surrounded by the Cueva de los Guacharos National Natural Park. The coffee is a Caturra Bourbon varietal processed using an anaerobic washed method. Roasted to a medium level and recommended for filter brewing, it has dominant purple fruit characteristics with tasting notes of blueberry, purple grape, violet, and blue raspberry. Cup score: 88.00.
