La Isla is a Costa Rican coffee from the West Valley region, grown at 1390 meters above sea level on La Isla farm owned by the Alietta family (Cafe Ar Bar). The ETH47 varietal lot has been sourced exclusively since 2021. Processed as a red honey, this coffee offers complex flavors with tasting notes of peach, honeysuckle, clementine, and melon, with a notably complex and lingering aftertaste.
