The Worker

The Worker is a Colombian single-origin coffee (avg elevation ~2000 MASL) composed of Bourbon and Caturra varieties. It is processed as Red Honey and raised-bed dried, offering caramelized and dark chocolate sweetness with papaya, citrus, walnut, and berry undertones. Roasted to a moderate (medium) profile, suitable for filter or espresso.
