The Ateng variety (Catimor) is processed using an anaerobic natural method, involving controlled fermentation in sealed tanks before being dried on raised sun beds. Roasted to a light/medium level, this experimental coffee offers a highly complex flavor profile with tropical fruit and boozy notes of Golden Pineapple, Crème de Cacao, Dark Plum, and Blackberry.
