A Colombian blend sourced from Antioquia (1,800–2,000 masl), composed of various varieties and natural-processed lots from young and experienced producers. Roasted slightly longer for approachability, it yields a round, full cup with aromatics of lemongrass and hops, and flavors of mixed berry compote and dark chocolate; medium-dark roast.
