It is a washed coffee composed of Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties. The profile features sweet molasses, brown sugar, lychee, zesty lime, tangerine, dark chocolate, kiwi, and fuji apple notes, with a smooth, balanced body and lively citrus acidity.
