A blend composed of 80% Organic Wollega Arabica (sun-dried, Ethiopia) and 20% Canephora Robusta (washed). The Arabica component originates from the Anfilo area in the Wollega/Wallagga region of Ethiopia, grown at 2,200 meters altitude in natural forest gardens for over 500 years, wild-growing. The blend is roasted using traditional drum roasting (max 220°C, 18–22 minutes, air-cooled). Flavor profile: spicy, berry-like, wild, fruity, full-bodied, and characterful. Suitable for espresso machines, fully automatic machines, and moka pots.
