Single‑origin espresso from the Xingang farm in Menglian, Yunnan (1,600 m). Katimor P3/P4 variety, processed with a double‑fermentation natural method and one month of drying. Tasting profile shows blackberry, hazelnut and chocolate with mango and dried‑fruit sweetness, boozy character and a full-bodied espresso roast.
