Xingang is a single-origin Yunnan coffee from the Xingang farm (Menglian, 1,600 m). Variety Katimor P3/P4, double-fermentation natural processing with extended drying. Tasting notes: black cherry, mango and hazelnut; creamy, full body; roasted for filter (lighter filter roast) to highlight fruity sweetness and acidity.
