This coffee is from the Vinhal family farms in Minas Gerais, Brazil, produced by Afonso Vinhal and Rafael Vinhal at 1,200 meters elevation. The variety is Yellow Catuai and the processing method is Anaerobic Natural. Tasting notes list fruit candy, caramel popcorn, almond milk and grapefruit jam with a silky, sweet aftertaste. The Vinhal farms are certified by Rainforest Alliance, 4C and Certifica Minas.
