Produced by farmers Alejandro and Victor Ortega, members of the Monkaaba Producer's Group. The coffee is 100% Pink Bourbon variety, processed using the washed method. Tasting notes include dried pineapple, granadilla, custard, sugar cane, bright fruit, and mangosteen. Recommended for filter brewing only.
