SL28 from Benjamin Paz (La Salsa farm) in El Cedral, Santa Bárbara, Honduras at 1700 masl. This washed SL28 is depulped, fermented ~20 hours, rinsed and dried on raised beds then solar-dried. Expect vibrant, juicy, floral and red currant notes with sweet, spiced cinnamon character and a medium-light body.
