This espresso from Fazenda Freitas in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region is produced by the Nunes family in Patrocínio at 900-1000 meters altitude. The coffee features Bourbon, Catuai, and Topázio varieties processed using the natural method, where cherries are sun-dried in thin layers for approximately 20 days. The flavor profile includes chocolate cake with dried fruit notes, orangettes, nutty flavors, vanilla, and praliné chocolate body. A creamy and sweet coffee with juicy character. The farm was founded over 30 years ago and is now managed by the third generation, focusing on quality and sustainability.
