This coffee is a washed Arabica Heirloom variety from the Chelbesa Kebele Washing Station in the Gedeo Zone of Ethiopia, specifically Yirgacheffe. Grown at 2,050 meters altitude under shade, it features flavor notes of grapefruit, nectarine, bergamot, and caramel sweetness with a mandarin acidity and a soft, long mouthfeel. It is dried over 10 days and intended for filter brewing.
