This coffee is an heirloom variety from the Chelbesa Kebele Washing Station in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia at 2,050 meters altitude. It is a washed processed 100% Arabica coffee with flavor notes of white peach, caramel fudge, and jasmine. The coffee has a sweet caramel character balanced by mandarin acidity and a soft, long mouthfeel.
