About This Coffee

Finca Lérida Honey Geisha Lot 5 is from Panama's Boquete region, specifically the Alto Quiel area. Established in 1924 by Norwegian engineer Tollef Bache Mönniche, the estate is situated at elevations between 1,600 and 2,000 meters. This Geisha variety coffee is processed using the honey method, where ripe cherries are handpicked and depulped, leaving some mucilage on the beans, then dried under controlled conditions. The coffee features notes of pineapple, raspberry, grapefruit, and honey with subtle floral undertones, medium body, and balanced acidity.
