About This Coffee

A blend of whole bean coffee gently flavored with chocolate aroma, using earlybird's Cafe Crema as its base. The blend combines Ethiopian Limu coffee from the western highlands of Ethiopia (sourced from smallholder farmers via the ECX), organic Peruvian Arabica from the Lamas Province in northeastern Peru (from the Oro Verde cooperative), and Indian Robusta from Karnataka and Kerala in southern India. The beans are slow drum-roasted and then subtly flavored with liquid chocolate aroma. Ingredients: 98% roasted whole beans, 2% chocolate flavoring. Suitable for both filter coffee and espresso preparation.
