Colombia Aponte

A coffee from the Resguardo Inga Aponte community in Colombia, grown by Inga smallholder farmers on family-owned plots at an average altitude of approximately 2,150 meters above sea level. The Caturra variety is cultivated in nutrient-rich volcanic ash soil from the Galeras volcano. Honey processed and dried on raised, stepped drying tables under protective cover, enabling slow and controlled drying. Described as round and balanced with an elegant, creamy body and notes of sweet caramel and red apple.
