This coffee originates from Colombia at 1550 meters altitude and is a Castillo variety. It is processed using washed method with anaerobic fermentation then patio dried. Roasted to an expressive light level (Agtron #76) with a bright, tart flavor profile featuring notes of lime, peach, candy, gosé beer, and kefir. Suitable for both filter and espresso extraction.
