A single-origin coffee from Aroma Nativo, located in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, at 1,700–1,750 meters altitude. Produced through a Honey Double Fermentation process: fully ripe cherries are first fermented anaerobically, then depulped and fermented again with native bacteria and yeast to enhance fruit expression. The variety is Pink Bourbon. Tasting notes include Mandarin, Passion Fruit, Earl Grey Tea, with a smooth and sweet finish.
