About This Coffee

A specialty coffee from Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, produced by Aroma Nativo under the Veci project founded by Luis Marcelino. Grown at 1,700–1,750 meters altitude, this micro/nano lot features the Pink Bourbon variety processed using Honey Double Fermentation — ripe cherries are anaerobically fermented, then depulped and fermented a second time with native bacteria and yeasts. Tasting notes include Mandarin, Passion Fruit, Earl Grey Tea, with a smooth and sweet finish.
