Microbeneficio La Angostura from Tarrazú (La Angostura de León Cortés) is a Caturra coffee processed as Honey/Pulped Natural. Harvested and depulped using an Ecopulper, the coffee is dried over 12–15 days with frequent turning and covered during the hottest hours, then rested in parchment for two months before milling. Cup profile highlights Raisin, Toffee and Red Apple; the coffee is described as sweet, balanced and suitable as a morning brew.

Drip Roasters is a Bern-based specialty coffee roastery run by brothers Dennys and Fabian. They'd been roasting for two years before opening their café on Eigerplatz in 2020. All their coffees are single origins. The lineup is balanced, from beans that are roasted a shade darker for broader appeal, to special lots that sit on the lighter end. The selection shifts depending on the season, and especially after origin visits, but is always fully traceable.
