A single-origin Costa Rica coffee from Hacienda La Pradera (Tarrazu / Los Santos) grown at 1550 m. Varieties include Caturra, Catuai and experimental plots; processed as a Red Honey. Medium-light roast with a creamy body and bright notes of Macintosh apple, agave sweetness and a delicate floral lift.
