A single-origin coffee from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, grown at 1800 meters altitude. The Caturra variety is processed using a Juicy Honey method, from the 2024/25 crop. Roasted on a 12kg Probat with a total roast time of 7:45 and an 11% development time ratio. The flavor profile features cherry and strawberry notes with a creamy mouthfeel, vibrant acidity, and hints of the honey fermentation process. Overall clean and sweet.

Launched in 2024 by Ukrainian roaster Vladyslav Demonenko, Kolo Coffee quickly became a standout in Berlin's specialty scene, earning Best Specialty Coffee Shop at Berlin Coffee Week 2025. The name "Kolo" draws from the Ukrainian word for circle, a symbol of unity and community that runs through everything the micro roastery does. Vlad brings serious competition credentials, including World Vice Champion in Coffee in Good Spirits 2022 and Ukrainian Brewers Cup champion in 2023. Recognizable by its bright orange outdoor seating, the cafe serves competition grade coffees roasted on site with precision and care.
