Don Martin NIII is a single origin coffee from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, cultivated at 2000 meters altitude by Don Martin Ureña's family farm. The coffee is a red Catuaí variety processed through a unique anaerobic followed by controlled aerobic fermentation method. Its flavor profile includes notes of milk chocolate, strawberry milkshake, and macadamia, highlighting a mild and exciting acidity with chocolatey and nutty aromas. Available whole bean in various sizes, suitable for filter brewing.
