A decaffeinated Mexican coffee from Chiapas (Angel Albino Corzo) produced by the El Triunfo environmental preservation group. Arabica beans are decaffeinated using a mountain-water process (removes ~99.9% caffeine) and roasted to a medium level. Tasting notes emphasize hazelnut, butter, and chocolate with lingering honey sweetness and clean citrus acidity; cupping comments also note savory nut and fresh-cacao character.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
