A decaffeinated Arabica from Chiapas, Mexico produced by the El Triunfo conservation group (79 member farms). The coffee is decaffeinated using the Descamex Mountain Water (water-based) process with organic certifications and 99.9% caffeine removal. Expect a clean cup with sweetness, toasty/roasty notes and a long, clean aftertaste. Sold as green beans (unroasted); roasting guidance recommends a high initial charge temperature with a gentle finish.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
