About This Coffee

A 100% Arabica single origin from Peru, sourced from the Alto Mayo cooperative in the San Martin region, grown at altitudes between 900 and 1,800 meters. Produced by a community of 897 producer families on over 6,000 hectares. Varieties include Caturra, Bourbon, and Catucai, processed using the traditional fully washed method. Organically grown (DE-ÖKO-039). Flavor profile features cocoa nibs, hazelnut, honey, a hint of spice (liquorice), with a round and soft body, mild acidity, and an overall impression of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel.
