A 100% organic-certified Arabica coffee from Finca Bella Vista, located in Las Delicias, San José, La Paz, Honduras, approximately 20 minutes from Marcala. Grown at 1,400–1,465 meters altitude by Sara Victoria Vásquez Perdomo and Christian Ramon Larios Schomburg. The farm cultivates red and yellow Catuaí varieties, wet-processed (washed) at their own washing station. Flavor profile includes nut, dark chocolate, marzipan, forest honey, hazelnut wafer, dried apple, and light caramel, with a pleasant, light, and very smooth mouthfeel and honey sweetness.
