About This Coffee

El Diviso Sidra is a single origin Colombia coffee from the Quindio region at 1,750 meters altitude. The coffee is a Sidra variety, a hybrid of Red Bourbon and Typica, processed using anaerobic honey method involving 60 hours of fermentation before depulping. It features flavor notes of apricot, candied ginger, and nougat, with a creamy mouthfeel and milky acidity.
