This coffee is a natural processed Sidra variety from El Diviso farm in Huila, Pitalito, Colombia, grown at 1750 meters altitude on volcanic soils. It features flavor notes of apricot, dandelion candies, rose tea, candied ginger, and nougat, with an intense, fruity, and rich mouthfeel including fermented cocoa. The beans undergo a complex anaerobic fermentation and drying process lasting about 90 hours.
