Elida [Aguacate Geisha Washed 3004]

A Geisha variety coffee from the Aguacate plot of Elida Estate, located on the slopes of Volcán Barú in Alto Quiel, near Boquete, Panama. The Aguacate plot sits at one of the highest elevations on the farm, between 1,885 and 1,900 meters. Processed using the washed method, this coffee presents a bright, elegant, and expressive profile with delicate floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle, lively lemon candy acidity, and a sweet, juicy finish evoking fresh clementine. Roasted for filter preparation.
