This washed process coffee is from the Kochere Woreda in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone, specifically from producers in Biloya Kebele. Sourced from the Jabanto group of smallholder farmers through the Jabanto Washing Station, it features varieties 74112, 74165, and Kurume grown at altitudes between 1800-1950 meters above sea level. Harvested in January 2024, this Grade 2 Ethiopian coffee offers floral characteristics with toffee and chocolate flavors. It has a medium body and low acidity.
