About This Coffee

This coffee is from Ethiopia, Gedeo, Gedeb region at 1,950-2,200 masl, grown by smallholders near Chelbesa Washing Station. It is a washed coffee processed with a dry fermentation phase, using Ethiopian Heirloom varieties Korume and Wolisho. The coffee features flavors of bergamot, peach, and toffee, with a jasmine and honey aroma, medium citric acidity, light juicy body, and a synergetic balance. It is roasted light to preserve floral and fruity characters.
