This coffee is from Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe (Gediyo zone) at 1900 masl, sourced from smallholder producers. It is variety 74110, a subvariety of Ethiopian Heirloom. The coffee is processed by washed (wet) method with fermentation and sun drying, showcasing flavor notes of honey, milk chocolate, and orange, with a medium intensity acidity and round, silky body. It is optimized for espresso and scored 88 in quality.
