Ethiopia Yaye is a single origin coffee from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, grown at 2100 meters altitude. The variety is Heirloom, processed using an Anaerobic Natural method. Roasted on a 12kg Probat with medium batch sizes of 8kg, with an 11% development time ratio and a total roast time of 7:45. The flavor profile highlights lychee, strawberry, and a creamy mouthfeel. Crop year 2024/25.

Kolo Coffee
Launched in 2024 by Ukrainian roaster Vladyslav Demonenko, Kolo Coffee quickly became a standout in Berlin's specialty scene, earning Best Specialty Coffee Shop at Berlin Coffee Week 2025. The name "Kolo" draws from the Ukrainian word for circle, a symbol of unity and community that runs through everything the micro roastery does. Vlad brings serious competition credentials, including World Vice Champion in Coffee in Good Spirits 2022 and Ukrainian Brewers Cup champion in 2023. Recognizable by its bright orange outdoor seating, the cafe serves competition grade coffees roasted on site with precision and care.
