Finca Bet-el | Pink Bourbon

This coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety from Finca Bet-el, grown on the San Bernardo del Viento plot at 1,600 meters altitude in Colombia, with seeds sourced from producer Diego Samuel Bermúdez at Finca Paraíso in Cauca. The farm, managed by Cesar Ledesma, is a pesticide-free agroforestry plantation. The Pink Bourbon trees were established in 2017, selectively harvested every 7–15 days. The coffee undergoes 120-hour anaerobic fermentation (120K) without inoculants, is washed once to retain most mucilage, and dried in electric convection ovens at controlled temperatures not exceeding 39°C. Flavor notes include red berries, almonds, and vanilla, with a light, clean, elegant, and balanced profile.
