Finca Sophia [GN4 Ciprés]

A Geisha natural from Finca Sophia, located in the mountains near Nueva Suiza, Volcán, Panama, at 1956 meters altitude. The beans come from the Ciprés plot, named after the cypress trees that once populated this area of the farm. The natural processing yields a delicate and fruity aromatic intensity with a natural sweetness. Flavor notes include redcurrant, red plum, dried orange, and jasmine. Roasted for filter brewing.
