The flavor profile includes milk chocolate, caramel, bright citrus, and toasted pecan, offering a balanced cup that is smooth, sweet with a touch of citrus. The farm serves as the nursery for all of Ricardo's other farms, growing seedlings in rich volcanic soil with support from nearly eight months of annual rainfall.
