About This Coffee

A single origin coffee from Aldea Las Brisas in the New Oriente, Jalapa region of Guatemala, grown at 1,700 meters altitude by farmer Marvin Carias. The varieties are Pache and Catuai, processed using the washed method with 12 hours of fermentation and sun-drying. Flavor notes include chocolate, cashew, hazelnut, brown sugar, nougat, nut chocolate, marzipan, coffee cherry, chestnut honey, and caramel. The cup is full-bodied, dense, soft, and well-balanced with a subtle apple acidity and a long, sweet finish.
