This coffee is from the El Deseo farm in El Selguapa, Comayagua region of Honduras, produced by Jose Antonio del Cid at 1800 meters altitude. The variety is Gesha, processed using the washed method. Only fully ripe cherries are harvested, left in bags for 20 hours, then depulped and naturally fermented for 30 hours before washing and sun-drying for approximately 27 days. The crop was picked between January and May 2025 and arrived in August 2025.
