Iris Estate - Vivid Gesha is a high-grown Panamanian Gesha from Volcán, Chiriquí, produced by Jamison Savage, Saša Šestić, and Elvin Siew and grown on Iris Estate at 1850–2300 MASL. The variety is Green Tip Gesha processed as a CM Natural with a washed finish. Tasting notes include intense florals (magnolia), lemon-lime citrus, peach and plum, vanilla, honey-like sweetness, Honeycrisp apple, and passion fruit; roast profile is light and clean.
