A Geisha variety coffee from Janson Coffee, grown on the fertile slopes of Volcán Barú in the Los Alpes terroir, Panama. Washed (Lavé) processed. The cup is described as ultra clean and juicy, with a vibrant and elegant acidity. Flavor notes include bergamot, genmaicha tea, clementine, and mandarin. The finish is long, clean, and vibrant with a fruity sweetness. Roasted for filter. Scores 90 points. Produced by the third generation of the Janson family, founded in 1926.
