Jazzy Fruit is a single origin coffee produced by Juan D Gallego (Don Gallego / Agroindustrias Gallego SAS) in Belén de Umbría, Risaralda, Colombia, at an altitude of 1810–1940 masl. The Castillo Rosario variety is processed using an anaerobic natural method, involving 72-hour anaerobic fermentation with recirculated cherry juice and sun-drying to 10–11.4% moisture. Roasted light/medium specifically for filter brewing, it offers a sweet, full-bodied, tropical cup with tasting notes of jackfruit, bubble gum, banana, blueberry, and pineapple, with a clean lingering finish. Cup score: 87.25.
