The Castillo Rosario variety is processed using the Anaerobic Natural method, involving anaerobic fermentation for 18 hours followed by 62 hours in a stainless steel bioreactor. The result is a bright, sparkling cup with pronounced berry and candied citrus notes — specifically Raspberry, Tutti Frutti, Orange Soda, and Strawberry. Cup score: 87.00. Part of the Limited Edition Soda Series.
