This Panama coffee from Boquete, Chiriquí (La Alquería) is Catuai cultivated at 1,460 masl and processed with CCD's anaerobic 'Dynamic Cherry' method involving patio pre-drying and extended sealed fermentation. Light-roasted, it offers wine-like acidity with dark stone fruit, black plum and cocoa nib notes, and a medium body reminiscent of dark chocolate.
