A washed Kenyan coffee from the Karatina Town area in Nyeri district, grown by smallholder farmers from a cooperative at altitudes of 1,600–1,900 meters. Processed at Gichathaini Factory, where cherries are depulped, fermented in water tanks fed by the Ragati River, and dried on raised beds. The coffee features SL28 and SL34 varieties, known for their fruity character and vibrant acidity. Flavor profile includes currant jam, lime, and a syrupy body.

Father's Coffee Roastery
RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
