This single-origin coffee is from Costa Rica (Tarrazu), produced by Luis and Oscar Monge at the Pie San farm and processed at the La Lia micro-mill. The coffee is Typica Amarillo variety, processed as a Red Honey and dried on raised beds at 1900 m. Tasting notes include passionfruit, papaya and watermelon candy. It is offered as an omniroast optimized for filter brewing; green coffee is stored frozen to preserve freshness.
