About This Coffee

This is a natural processed Sidra variety coffee from Mil Cumbres farm in the Cordillera region of Chiriquí, Panama, grown at approximately 1,800 meters elevation. The farm is located near Volcán Barú, surrounded by tropical forest and influenced by ocean breezes. Producer Mario Fonseca Imendia founded Mil Cumbres in 2014, with the first harvest in 2018-2019. The coffee offers juicy notes of mango, pineapple, cherry, and grape with delicate floral undertones, featuring medium body and balanced acidity.
