Costa Rica (Las Lajas, Central Valley) microlot grown at ~1600 MASL. Varieties: Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai. Processed as a Red Honey and raised-bed dried. Light roast with bright, clean character and tasting notes of peach, mixed berry, raw sugar, and dark chocolate.
